ABOUT THE OFFICE Getty Law Office, L.L.C. is a general legal practice, established in January 2005 by Daniel F. Getty. The office focuses on the areas of small business litigation, professional negligence litigation, insurance, divorce, juvenile, subrogation, personal injury, property disputes, collections, condominium law, landlord/tenant disputes, wills and general estate document preparation, criminal litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and general litigation. The office will continue to adapt its practice areas to the needs of the developing client base. In an effort to support and serve a diversified client base, the office has also partnered with Jennifer Getty, Esq. Jen is a bright, caring, and dedicated attorney with six year experience handling many case types. Jen focuses on criminal law, domestic relations (including divorce, juvenile, and domestic violence), landlord/tenant disputes, general litigation, small business representation, and personal injury. The intent is to combine talents and develop a firm focusing on a variety of litigation with the capacity to handle a wide-range of legal matters. Current staff includes two attorneys, a paralegal, and contract administrative assistance. The new office on East Franklin Street in downtown Centerville is newly renovated with state of the art equipment. There are nearby banks, restaurants, and other office. The goal of the office is to keep the client satisfied while providing ethical, sound, competent, zealous, and caring advocacy for each client's rights.
